Hatton is going to destroy Pac.. probably even in the first half. It's completely illogical to favor Manny or think he even has a good chance of winning.

pac obviously has great footwork and balance. he's on his toes every second of his fights. i dont think you know what footwork is if you think he doesnt have it.

i hope hatton's learned how to get out of the way of a very fast lead left hand... i think he's gonna get timed and popped a lot with that punch.

Pac has great footwork, if you don't see that you need some glasses.

Lead left hand will be the killer. Pac will throw and move to the side before Hatton knows what happened.

He's always had the freakish athletic ability. Even when he used to get so off balance he could still get back in place very well. I think his footwork has been up big time in the last year as far as how to totally utilize it.

Pac's asset is his thick legs that support his body. He's like pyramid. Although, he gets outbalanced, he'll manage to regain balance in a jiffy.

How is Manny going to react to Hatton's power? real 140 pressure fighter.

Hatton's footspeed is severly underrated. In the 1st 6 he caused Floyd, a master defender very good on his feet major problems, although Mayweather overcame. But he's bigger than Pac and has significantly longer hands and used a lot of old school fouling and borderline legal tactics, which (without commenting on them) worked very well. But PacMan doesn't have these tactics in his arsenal, doesn't know how to tie up, so IMO it's the exact opposite, Hatton's underrated speed and footwork will cause PacMan unexpected problems. Of course PacMan is still better in those areas and Hatton is fading fast from 7th and on, but I think even objective fans are underrating Hatton's footspeed and handspeed. He's one of those fighters who don't look very good in these areas but still very effective, just ask speedy Malignaggi.

I feel that Hatton will outmuscle Pacq on the inside and soften him up for the later rounds. Manny is quick and hits well, but he has never been a fighter with brute strength, even at the lower weight classes. And he will be facing a 140 pound pitbull, one who actually loves the body contact and the holding/clinching. One of the stronger bodied fighters in boxing, pound for pound. He will not be facing a slick, clssy boxer.

Hatton is not going to be physically stronger. This seems to be a big point for those picking Hatton. The Malignaggi fight is irrelevant to picking this fight as well.

Ricky has pretty good footwork and reflexes himself. Remember Hatton stepped in Mayweather's territory and rushed him back just based on footwork, reloading his left hooking position time and time again. I believe it's really the opposite - as long as it is fought in the center of the ring with each man studing his way in and taking time, Ricky has a lot to lose cause Manny has proven lately that he can box smoothly and beat ya to the punch. But as long as Ricky is moving and stepping in first, Manny is in the receiving end...
