I might add. He's not saying they won't comply, he's just saying where has there ever been a case where one fighter makes another fighter submitt to these kind of standards? Why would any trainer be happy about this? Last I heard, Manny's willing to comply with the drug testing and he's willing to fight Mayweather in late May.
