Freddie Roach: "The Drug Testing Issue Is There. But, We'll Come To An Agreement."

Is it me or is Roach all over Floyd's **** these days?

Giving him props saying that he wanted Floyd to train in his gym. "I like Floyd", now this, saying that Mayweather is a brilliant boxer and fighting him would be the pinnacle for Manny's career.

 

He's expressing interest in fighting Floyd, and has said time and again in the past he likes Floyd and his father, but not so much uncle Roger.

 

Roach knows only reason Floyd brought up drug testing to delay the fight was because he didnt think 3months was enough to promote the fight to its potential.

Does Bob Arum want this fight?....He was caught lying about 3-4 times over drug testing....and roach changed his tune a few times as well....

Pacquiao-Mayweather is bound to happen and I really can't envision a scenario in which it doesn't. Even if Mosley somehow pulls off what I consider to be a long shot and upset Floyd, (which is what I'm hoping for), Pac will just end up fighting both guys.

 

Roach seems solid. Arum and Pac are the ones keeping secrets. Pac is between a rock and a hard place.

There is nobody left to fight at WW that is less dangerous offensively (Williams) or a joke (Margarito). Any other fighter will want the testing. If he agrees to the testing now it calls into question the whole drama he put on to kill the first fight.

Then if he gasses out mid fight what will the world say? If he gasses AND loses horribly? He (and his fans) will be the laughing stock of boxing. Pac has run out of choices.

I've said this from the beggining and I've noted that this whole drug issue was not a promotional gimmick......I dont believe it is, because now, if Pacquiao accepts the Mayweather fight with the random blood and urine tests, and he gets thorougly beaten......Pacquiao's whole career resume comes into question.

 

Roach also said they would agree to 5 days and that turned out to be a lie as well....
