  2. Roach is 100% correct on who will win Mayweather vs Mosley.

If Manny leaves w/o demonstrating unequivocally that he is (and has been) completely free of PEDs of any kind, his legacy will be forever tarnished and in question.

If he wins the congressional election, this will be his last fight.

This was never my understanding of things.

But after Mosley schools Mayweather, I doubt Pac will be eager to face Floyd's conqueror.

    It doesnt suprise me....

with the only big fights left being

Mayweather (requires pac to take PED testing)
Mosley (roach seems to not want pac to fight mosley)
Bradley (too high risk for too little reward for pac is im sure their take)
    Valero (same as above)

    extremely, extremely dissapointing.....

Its bittersweet, hes given the fans almost everything they have wanted and has been nothing but a warrior in the ring, one of my fav fighters and it will be a shame to see him go with the biggest fight in decades left on the table (i can accept him not fighting bradley or valero, as badass as those fights would be)

    I dont know....

I think Pacquiao loves fighting too much.

I expect him to be back in the ring at least once more after the Clottey fight.

He almost HAS to face the winner of Mosley-Mayweather, especially if it is Shane (as I fully believe it will be).

Pacquiao will lose the elections. his opponent is a savy-veteran politician who is backed up by a political clan/warlords who are infirmly entrenched in the province where pacquiao plans to run. already, two of pacquiao's supporters had been nabbed/killed before the campaign period even begins. He will only waste his money engaging in the campaign. afterwards he will come running back into boxing looking for the biggest fight to make up for the amount he would lose

and i get a feeling he won't quit just yet until he fights valero or bradley or either of the mosley-fmj winner

    Hope your right rummy :good

I big reason im rooting for mosley to beat mayweather is it would be about 10,000x's easier to negotiate between those two then it would be for mayweather vs pac, which im fairly confident is never going to happen....

    but again, hope your right

Styles make fights, dude...even if Mosley gets thoroughly outboxed by May, Mosley will still be a much tougher fight for Pac than Mayweather. In my opinion, Mosley is probably the toughest fight for Pac at 147 if Paul Williams is unable to make 147.

I honestly believe Mosley can (and will) beat both Floyd and Pac.
