Roach is a very good coach if you listen to him. In training vids you can see him teaching good stuff but his fighters don't put it into action. Finally Pac has started showing the versatility that Roach has been coaching him on for ages.

Sounds like when Roach took Del La Hoya under his wing for the Mayweather fight, or when he had Hopkins for the Calzaghe fight.

    His man lost both times.

    Wlad, Lennox, Peter etc. :think

And obviously, Manny Pacquiao. Probably at the weigh-in.

The first Santos fight went all of 1 RD, noway he gave Margo fit's in that one.
The second fight was close, and could have gone either way at the time of the stoppage.
(Too bad a cut ruined it again)

Margarito Vs. Santos III is a must.
    (December, November anyone?)

Roach is the best coach in the world just now IMO. He would greatly improve the defences of both Cotto and Hatton.

I dont think Cotto came in with the wrong gameplan, I think he just didn't have the stamina to keep it up and he had to much machismo to run instead of trying to trade.

    I wasn't saying he can't be beaten.
I was just saying that no one's going
to have an EASY time doing it, that's all.

Williams is naturally much bigger than Cotto,
    that's why Margarito's shots didn't have
the same effect on him as they did on Cotto.

Shouldn't we at least see a source for these quotes before spouting off about them too much?
