Freddie blasts Floyd Sr. "My whole thing is, Floyd's not going to have his best cornerman in his corner because there's no question in my mind that Roger is the better trainer." "Floyd got 90 percent of his wins with Roger working with him. Roger is way better. I think Floyd Sr. is a terrible cornerman, I really do. That's going to work to our advantage on fight night because in the corner, I'm not going to be nervous and I'll be able to calmly talk to Manny and make whatever adjustments we have to make." "He'll get himself prepared for this fight because he always has done that. But in a fight like this, where it's a tighter fight and he's not such a huge favorite, he could use a little advice or suggestion from his corner. But he's not going to get that from his father, so that's another advantage for us."
Maybe I need to hang out with some crack heads, then I'll have a clue what roger and sr are saying without subtitles. :good
Or you can get a q-tip and clean that earwax. :rofl:deal It's easy to understand what they're saying, you just gotta listen! :good
I can understand jeff and floyd jr fine, but when it comes to the crack heads roger and sr I need the subtitles on. If you shake roger he sounds like a can of spray paint, with those 4 teeth rattling around his head lol
The thing is, Mayweather Jr. doesn't really actually NEED much corner advice... He is intelligent enough in the ring where he can see openings and flaws himself, and know what to do. Does Mayweather even understand what they're saying to him? To me it just sounds like, "you gotta give him on-a these, and on-a these, swoosh, swoosh, asd;flkj, aite??" Pacquiao needs corner advice to help him decide what punch to throw in what combination. Not a lot of advice but it does help him.
