Roach talks sense perceived as trash. Floyd Snr just talks trash full stop.

 

Roach has said things like "Oscar can't pull the trigger anymore" which turned out to be true. He predicted Pacquiao would beat Hatton inside 3 rounds, which ended up happening. He tends to make confident predictions (sometimes overconfident like when he said Pacquiao would stop Cotto in one) but doesn't sink to the level of Mayweather Sr. Roach backs up much of what he says, Mayweather tends to make sweeping statements and accusations he can't back up (like Manny takes steroids).

 

Yeah which is why they fought DLH, oh and with the added bonus of DLH being weight-drained.

 

Mayweather Sr is the biggest idiot in boxing today.

If you look up the word MORON on dictionary.com there should be a picture of him.

 

both of these guys are chumps ... but Roach is a H.O.F trainer, Mayweather Sr isn't ...

Mayweather has trained the best fighter i'd ever seen in his son lil Floyd and I believe on the training aspect it edges Mayweather close to Roach but like I said, Roach is in the H.O.F

Neither one guy can talk trash ... because neither was as accomplished as a fighter as they are trainers. They don't have the experience on the elite level like some of their fighters - they don't have to take punches anymore and there's no need to see them outside of that 1 min between rounds.

mayweather sr. accused pac of using roids but when he was sued against it,,he just said its just a joke. what an ass!

 

I was curious about who has the most wins and champion calaber fighters as a trainer. Maybe someone will put something together. Im sure Roach is light years away though.
