    Put Gamboa and Lara under his guidence, and he'll have an amazing trio of Cuban superstars.

    i really doubt it they brought that guy to the us specifically because gamboa requested it , and he has a great relationship with gamboa since he was gamboa's dad trainer when gamboa was little and i think that the guy is not that bad of a trainer at all

    Gamboa turned pro late in the game and he hasn't really been hampered by it.

    If they chose to blow Rigondeaux's prime by padding his record up with soft talent then it could be an issue. That said if they take things the Gamboa route, he'll be in good shape.

    Still Gamboa started at 26.
    Rigondeaux will really have to sep it up and really fast.
    He should have had his next fight scheduled already.He is moving along slowly.
