He wouldn't have to drain any more than say Cotto does for 154. Hopkins 5 years ago on ESPN said he's 185lbs walk around (he was in his 40's). Pac only needs to cut around 5-6lbs.

I genuinely believe we'll see a dry but not drained Pac at 135, and the Pac of 135 would be more rejuvenated than a Pac who faces huge guys at Welterweight. Pac with a notable size advantage is just scary, he just walks through you.

It definitely is a big factor for me. People don't realise that Loma is a small SFW. They think height = size for some reason. Look at Loma's frame, he's a small, small guy and is already reasonably bulky for his frame.
