Freddie is basing this on what he saw in Floyd-Cotto. If Floyd thinks he can lay on the ropes and pot shot Pac, he would probably get knocked out.

The shots that were landing against the shoulder roll was the Jab of Cotto, that's because it's the straight shots down the middle. The right is useless because Floyd shoulder rolls it and left hook is blocked with Floyds gloves to the chin. Floyd usually ducks below the jab or parry it with his right. However picture Pac from a southpaw stance throwing short power straight punches, a lot will get through and each one enough to KD Floyd, add on top of that Pac's workrate.

That version of Floyd, Pac KO's, however I think Floyd will use distance against Pac and tie him up when he gets close. Pac can't cut the ring off as well as Cotto, he will be forced to leap in and Floyd will counter. A Floyd UD with Floyd on his toes is more than likely, unless Pac catches him with a quick powerful straight left.

And YDKS about reading comprehension. Dumbass, the post you quoted was me explaining as to why Pac don't jab or fight an inside game....then you're oversensitive ***** ass comes in hollering about some different tangent. Go buy a tampon '****.

:lol: you seem to have a problem with reading what i am saying and then adding little bits to suit your own agenda. Pac don't jab cos he is **** at it and has never needed to as yet. I am of the opinion that pac will need a jab and good pressure to beat floyd cos all that jumping around the ring off balance, firings millions of punches will not work against him. My perspective is not the same as yours - live with it;)

roach still as clueless as ever on how to try Mayweather. Of course he'll push his high volume outworking agenda. All his star fighters are glorified punchers with enough speed to masquerade as boxers and are dependent on volume.

Umm yeah, your perspective sucks. Go watch the last time Pac fought someone who didn't have a reach advantage, ie Marquez and tell me he didn't utilize his jab. He threw it about 300 times. The logic stands numbnuts. And no, YOU'RE the one who gotta live with your shitty perspective.

Agree.........Mayweather is the best at counter punching and Manny is a total sucker for them due to his constant movement. I think it would be an outstanding fight but without the juice I doubt if Manny can beat Mayweather.

I'll make one after watching more Tim Brad. His intelligence is being severely underrated here.

floyd is vulnerable to straight punches. cotto showed that. nobody throws more straight punches than pacquiao
