No, he isn't. I used to think it was Penn, but have since changed my mind. Penn had a good jab, and put his punches together better than most. Nick Diaz looked to have more skills once BJ's edge in hand speed was no longer a factor.

I've always said that Nogueira had the best boxing I've seen at heavyweight in mma. His smaller brother has more skills. I have to say Lil' Nog has the best all around boxing skills I've seen in mma.

Here is Big Nog sparring Anderson Silva. I've posted this before, and some thought Anderson was doing better. Nogueira was clearly getting the better of Anderson though, and as I said before, his brother is better than this.
