    he lost all credibility with mcgirt.

    I dont think i have ever seen that guy train someone to a victory.
    Im actually being serious. Im giong through my head and i just cant think of one...

    i dont understand this with most people (boxers/trainers), they rate mcgirt highly, i've heard nate campbell, hasin rahman, pernell whitaker and other boxers say good about him.

    McGirt may not be the very best, but he catches too much ****....Exactly who are these GREAT fighters who McGirt has ruined???

    Maybe he was running out of people he didnt hate and said Buddy. Roach hates Floyd Sr, Uncle Roger and Nacho so he wasnt going to say them.

    well in an interview about a year ago he said he thought roger mayweather was the best trainer in the mayweather clan.

    Mcgirt is an underrated trainer. His problem is that his fighters do not listen to him.

    Yeah, i think he said something about him being more worried about Hatton if Roger was training him. But, Roach has said also he thinks he's a jackass cause he keeps slagging off eddie futch..

    :lol: I knew someone would say that.

    It defintiely wasn't gattis technical abilitys that got him over the finishing line most of the time.

    Gatti gets credit for gatti and a trainer can't train what made gatti successful.

    Well Gatti was done when McGirt got with him. Buddy did preserve his career a few extra years and get him a few more big paydays he wouldn't have gotten.
