Steele. Valdez hit like a bag of rocks thrown off the Empire State Building but was a round snoozer who was beaten by inferior operators, and had a short prime. The Valdez of Briscoe 2 (the best Valdez) has a punchers chance against anyone, but a prime Steele with no injuries boxes Valdez to a decision. In my opinion at least :good
Steele. Valdez was good for a period and has a banger's chance, but a pre-injuries Steele with his manager still around was a better class of fighter IMO.
