Freddie Steele vs Carlos Monzon 160 lbs, Who U got ?

I'm sure there are people here who hold the common opinion that Monzon is an indisputable top 3 and i would genuinely be interested in hearing how they feel he ranks ahead of Steele.

Only way i see that is by placing an enormous value on number of title defenses alone combined with the historically accepted narrative which has become dogma. I know that stat gets segwayed into being synonymous with consistency and dominance but like i said when truly an.alyzing those terms i dont see how Monzon tops Steele in those categories.
