I'd expect Steele to win a clear decision in an exciting, competitive fight. I believe I explained how certain aggressive fighters can bother Steele in the other thread.
Tbh I'm thinking Tiger wins a close decision. He'd be able to pin Steele down and use his strength to just keep him there, he also isn't gonna budge at Steele's punches. He'd give Steele a lot to think about, as well boring down on him with his heavy-hands. The only issue I see is if he can't pin Steele down due to Steele's footwork, which is probably why this is such a good match up.
