Freddie Steele vs Gus Lesnavich video

It'd be a real treat for anyone who hasn't seen it. Steele delivers an almost perfect 2 round destruction of the more than capable future champion Lesnevitch. Beautiful punch-picking, timing, and accuracy shown in this one by Freddie, who deals out devastating counters at will while the younger Lesnevitch is simply overwhelmed. He gave him a real learning experience of what it's like to fight at the elite level in this one.

 

I've got this on 8 mm but to get it onto dvd and keep the quality might be pricey. Any suggestions, even how much it might cost.

Great performance. Steele was the goods until his manager died. He was a nearly perfect fighter.

 

I'm digging all this love for Freddie Steele and his contemporaries that's come about lately...about time. It would be awesome to watch this fight.
