    The race roits that follow Johnson's victory over Jeff. Congress fear that more footage of a black man beating a white man in the ring would bring of the same. So easy answser?? Ban all fight films from crossing state lines. Or over seas. Johnson Willard didnt reach the USA until the 1950's.

    The Prez had to do some undercover work, just to sneak in the Dempsey Carp fight in 1921 for white house viewing. A Lot of BS to go though just to see a boxing match from other state.

    If trying to sneak it across state lines or though the USA water boarders, than yes.

    But if the fight was film in Kansas, and no one try to sneak it across the state boarder, than it wont be destory. Fight films were allow, but you cant have them cross state lines.
