    :good

I could'nt believe my eyes during that first round, I had to do a double take and make sure that was Pac in there busting DLH.....

......for a minute, I thought that was JMM in the ring mastering DLH.

For me personally, I was happy to see Pac in the big stage, being a master!:D:yep

Being a huge JC Chavez fan......during the fight, it became very evident that it had become very evident that it was the type of beatdown that a corner either throws in the towel, or the fighter quits on his stool.
I was just anticipating it for it to happen when the DLH just could'nt find any anwers.......
When DLH quit on his stool, a broad smile covered my face, as I remembered way back over a decade ago, when JC Chavez at 36 years of age (a year older than what DLH is now) gave a competive account of himself against a prime Welterweight DLH in their rematch.
.......JC Chavez got busted up pretty badly during the latter part of the 8th round.......like DLH did tonight, Chavez busted up and on an empty tank, did'nt come out for the 9th round.....

DLH had some animosity toward Chavez because of a rift that occured in their first encounter.........
.....anyways, after Chavez does'nt come out for the 9th in their rematch, Chavez goes over to DLH and congratulates him......"you beat me fair you were the better fighter tonight" said Chavez......
......then Larry Merchant goes on to interview DLH in the ring and asks DLH about something to the effect of his stoppage of Chavez.....and what comes out of DLH's mouth that night will forever be with me in my distaste for DLH the human being.......
DLH is speaking about a 36 year old fading boxing legend here in a passing of the torch sort of fight......and DLH say's with glee in his face " "It was better than a knockout Larry, I made him quit!"

.....to disrespect a true boxing Legend like that when Chavez had already gave him his due, was disrespectful, and distasteful......
....so when I saw DLH tonight do the exact same thing Chavez did a decade earlier against him, It was poetic Justice indeed.....one that brought a broad smile across my face.

To DLH I would say, "Manny Pacquiao did better than scoring a knockout over your sorry ass, he made you quit!!!!:deal

Oscar was 1/2 red hot favourite to win this fight, people must not forget that.

I think he just doesn't have it anymore. He couldn't pull the trigger at all tonight. Not to mention he was way out of his league against Pacquiao, he was in the zone and Oscar hasn't been for a long time. Pac really showed why he is the best fighter in the world, tonight. :good
