Don't know if this has been posted.

I haven't rewatched video of the incident, does his side of the story hold up?

Did he really call that guy "tough Mexican" and not "dumb Mexican" or whatever was thought initially?

What about the Jew remark and the story that Garcia told him to f off?

Freddie told Garcia to get the **** out first. Then Garcia said he ain't going no where. Roach then called him a piece of ****. Ariza then told Roach to get the **** out and they started talking **** to each other. Ariza kicked Roach as Roach approached him. Then Roach ended up saying Mexican mother....

Roach lied in that video and that is a fact.

90% of the blame goes to Garcia and especially Ariza. Garcia actually swears first if you look at the 24/7 footage in episode 3, something along the lines of '**** no, we're not getting out. We have another 30 minutes, **** that.' They were there past their time and wanted to stay an extra half an hour (which could been longer by the time they cleared up etc.) so Roach was right to be pissed off, even if he didn't express it very well.

Yeah...everytime I get pi$$ed I insult people's races and ethnicitys. And then...I can't seem to understand why they beat me up!

No matter how you say/twist it, ariza's was wrong for kicking him in the chest. **** I would of respected a punch more, but that's still not cool enough. He just should've pushed him.

Freddie would have hit Ariza with a left hook if Ariza would have tried to push him. He controlled the range with that kick.

No matter how you twist it, there's no excuse for racial slurs so please refrain from excusing it.

    Calling someone a Mexican mother
    Or a Jew mother

    Is not racist

If he used the s word
    Or the k word

    Then it would be racist

    Stop being sensitive girls
