Did they or did they not refuse to drug testing in the first negotiations, which led to both parties compromising? Why would you automatically take it that they are talking about the most recent "negotiations"? They have refused drug testing in the past (first negotiations)...following that, they at least tried to meet in the middle, and may have even agreed to the full testing Mayweather wanted. He states they have refused it in the past, which means more than likely he is talking about before, and during the first negotiations. He then goes on to say it would be hypocritical of them to ask Mosley for extra testing if they (at one point) have refused to do it.
Dude please. I have been following this sport since I was 5 years old. I boxed for 10 years and I am 29 now, and Floyd is not even my favorite fighter. The fact of the matter is Roach told the truth and you guys are hurt by it in your hearts. It doesn't matter if you are a fan of Manny's. You should criticize them for their lies.

No Team Pacquiao agreed to do the full testing at first and then backed off. They then refused to do the 14 day cut off and fought Clottey. After Floyd said no more cut offs, they came back and said they would do 14 days. Floyd said no more cut offs and Manny could have taking the 14 days when it was offered to him but he didn't. Floyd could have taking the 7 days as well. Team Pacquiao are the ones playing games and telling lie after lie. You can assume all you want but the fact is Roach told the truth and they refused to do it.
