Pac is following standard procedure, like everyone else.

If Mayweather, Haymon, GB etc wanted to do something serious about testing then they should petition the athletic commissions and insist on OSDT for all their fighters...

Rumor is Freddie said he wanted Shane tested because of his past. Then it was said Shane will gladly take one if Manny went through the same testing. Now there is no testing. Shaking my head.

Freddie's been afflicted by Parkinson's disease, so one has to forgive his slurring speech. The issue here seems to be whether he said "we refuse" oder "we refused".

I hear refused.

In that case, no-one will deny that Team Pacquiao did for a long time refuse testing. And it would indeed be hypocritical to demand them of Shane.
Freddie should learn to only answer the question though, the question was did they ask Mosley for tests. A simple "No." would have sufficed.

 

Floyd Makes rule and cant keep to them himself(sets catchweight for Marquez, and fails weight) hes full of ****.....

unusual the OSDT stopped 18 days before Mosley fight.

 

Roach says we refused testing so we won't ask Shane. Pac fans then claim to know he means first negotiations only and say Floyd fans are grasping at straws? Why am I not surprised...
