As a retort here's what Angelo Dundee had to say little under a month ago about Cotto's chances going into the fight...pretty interesting. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jIwAIqW_G18&feature=related[/ame]
Its not just the last 3 camps, Pacquiao has always been good at avoiding the left hook......Pac's power hand is his left, and he's always used his right mainly to block incoming........ Pac always has his right hand on the ready to block an incoming left hook, that why he so easily difused MAB...... Defending right hands is what Pac is not so good at.....JMM and Morales showed the blueprint for that. If Cotto is'nt prepared to throw a heap of right hands over Pac's lefts, he's in for a long night. Jab with the left, throw the right hand as the power shot......forget about trying to find a home for the left hook........as the fight wears, the left hook will find a home all by itself...... Those are the keys that have been sucessful against Pacquiao and that Cotto if he has done his homework should employ.
morales especially. marquez has a right that can sting but morales has an overhand right that can truly hurt and keep you honest. :rofl
Interesting... now that I think of it, Pac's right is always up protecting his right side, especially when he throws his left.
Whenever I think Cotto and uppercut I keep remembering those 3 straight uppercuts Clottey against him.
There is nothing wrong with talking up your guy and specially if you truely believe in him..and i do think Roach feels this but man, he does talk cash crap ! Its intertaining...
Most people think Pac will win, thats people i know, media people, other boxers. Cotto is the underdog in this build up, size isnt an issue here.
