What do you all think? I mean, ANYTHING is a step up from his father, but after the frightful beating he took the last two times out, do you think Dogboe's really going to get much better, let alone 'Next Manny Pacquiao' level?

Dogboe has tremendous heart, but I really fear he's a ring tragedy waiting to happen.

Freddie ain't gonna do **** for him. Who's the last fighter not named Pac that Roach had success with?

Dogboe's gonna take another terrible beating next time he fights a top fighter.

I dont like it. Dogboe’s problem is his size. He needs to stay put in his divisions or move down.

Of course he is going to benefit from Freddie roach. His fathers advice during both fights was truly sad. He didn’t no how to adjust the game plan in the rematch.

Now he needs to move down to 118.

So what's Dogboe's "promising" future hold, genius?

Dogboe's style fits Roach's coaching style at least, so there is that. He'll refine his offensive skills if nothing else. :nusenuse:

This is excellent. I’m glad Dogboe finally has a real trainer. He passed through the fight factory a few years ago and had a great attitude and everybody liked him, but his father was a delusional idiot and rubbed everybody the wrong way.

I knew his potential was always going to be capped as long as he stayed with his father. If Dogboe listens he can learn a lot from Roach and become a champion again.

I dont like it tbh. Roach will neglect the kid, this kid needs attention and care and a drop-down in weight.

Their styles will match up well.
Comes down to Dogboe and his ability to learn.

Good switch but worried about all of the damage Dogboe took against that weight bully in his last 2 fights. Can he bounce back from that? Hope so. Thrilling fighter with a ton of heart.
