    This is the first time they ask for a catchweight to make the fight. Cotto wants this fight, Pac and his team agreed to make it possible. If you remember, Roach openly stated BEFORE DLH they're moving down to stay/dominate 140 but would consider any of the active welterweights at a catchweight.
