Freddy Roach "Rigondeaux would beat MArquez and Vazquez today"

He's wrong, but there is stil plenty of reason to be optimistic about where Guillermo is going.

 

Kid was a beast when he was an amateur, that's for damn sure.

 

He had the amateur style down pat. Almost unbeatable under that ruleset.

But, for a pro style, I see holes, and weaknesses. Im gonna wait ten or so fights for him to sharpen up and drop his bad habits before I get onboard the war wagon.

Tons to be excited about, though, when an amateur was that good. He's THE prospect down there.

I think Rigondeaux will be an ATG. But how can we gauge if he would beat Vasquez and Marquez? We haven't seen him fight anyone. Until he steps up his competition its almost impossible to make a pick either way.

 

Sounds like Freddys up to his old tricks. I wouldnt be surpised if he did beat them after the brutal trilogy Marquez and Vazquez had

 

interesting for him to say that.... and for those hating on Roach... STFU , he knows more about boxing then anyone on this forum.

 

Doesn't Roach train Vazquez anymore?
