Who's hyping Maidana?

Only us lot.

Reckon Khan's arsed? Probably not.

Top and bottom of it is that no one knows who Maidana is and it's only us lot that seen him web Ortiz that have started hyping him. Boxers cant go round fighting every opponent that an internet forum deems to be worthy!

If Khan fights him then he'll win an easy UD and the same people calling for the Maidana fight will start on "Khan ducking Bradley" or whatever.

Skip the middle man, go straight for Bradley/Alexander. Maidana's time in this company will be limited, Khan gains nothing by taking this fight.

 

Maidana is the mandatory challenger. Bottom line is, if it's so easy he should just take the fight. He had no problem fighting Salita who had an even lower profile.

 

I take that point. And one of my earlier posts said 'if he's mandatory then Khan should take the fight'.

My point is that it will be an easy day at the office for him and it does my head in that people think Maidana is some stalking Hearns replica that is going to knock Khan's head off.

If the fight happens, because Maidana is a mandatory, then fair enough. If it happens at the expense of fighting a better opponent (of which there are many) then i'll be pissed.

 

Maidana isn't very good, slow and robotic. Khan should just face him and get it over with, an easy night's work.

 

Khan has the capability to beat any fighter in the world. He also has the capability to be chinned by even a moderate puncher at domestic level.

I've got no problem with Roach biggin up his fighter, but he's got to realise that Amir is gonna have to kill Bradley to beat him. To me Timmy just has that Holyfield-esque 'it' factor, the kid has a special mentality.

 

As Maidana is Khans mando you have to ask why the fight hasn't happened...all Maidana has to do is stake his claim officially and force the issue. Khan would then have to take the fight or vacate.

 

Not if the rumours are true that he was paid off, if would be some coincidence if Maidana, the hard hitting mandatory, was ducking Khan when all the light punchers have no problem fighting him.

 

Thats a massive if, and I haven't seen one credible source to back it up. We often repeat internet gossip on here as though its fact..."Maidana isn't fighting Khan therefore he must have been paid off"

 

you know maidana the best man at 140, he beats alexander but i dont know about bradley, maidana is all wrong for khan, maidana will end khans career if they fight i garantee it

 

Roach is pimpin Amir out like I've never seen before. The last time i saw guys spit this much trash against someone, it was aimed at De la Hoya from Mayorga and front mullett Vargas, they both got aired the f** out. Not saying Bradley is a complete 'search and destroyer', but I don't like the "bark" coming out of this little dog. And with Bradley not playing any games like Pacquiao chasing, that tells me he's going straight at Khan and I doubt Amir can rope-a-dope, lol!
