Yea he usually gets his stuff all messed up when it comes to negotiatons for his fighters etc..

He also puts down fighters when he is clearly in the wrong..he probably is very easy to prove facts against in a debate.

So why doesn't Roach train Paul Williams for his rematch?

And also Mr. Roach, you might be the best trainer but you damn well know Margarito knocked Martinez out with cement gloves.

a lot of irony from that article. team Martinez should take their own wisdom and apply it upon themselves.

Exactly what *****s do when they say Pac's been knocked out twice before. :patsch.

Pac can't go any higher than 148lbs. He'll be outweighed too much. Same reason why Martinez won't fight Bute. Size makes a difference.

i love the notion that martinez shouldnt say mannys name....

thats funny..manny claims to be a 154lb champ....sergio fights there...

manny is one of the two biggest names in the sport...martinez is hungry and trying to get to that status....so whats the problem with martinez calling him out?

martinez is the guy who talks about the fight and actually wants it and would sign in a heartbeat....arum wouldnt dare make it....

Hey pal he won a 154 pound belt, why don't they just remove him from the history books about his 154 title then.

Martinez is a very good fighter no doubt!..... But you have to question his choice of his 2 opponents this year??

Pacquiao would beat him no doubt about it.

But Martinez should be looking to the super middleweights, and the fights against the likes of Ward and Bute.

I think he is going to get tired of calling pac n floyd out and challenge these guys, would be good for him but a fight with pac or $ gives him the super star status .

He's a *****... Martinez doesnt wanna fight them coz he knows he would get KTFO that's why he's calling out the midgets at 147.

the biggest moneyh fight is pac vs. mayweather. neither will do anything to risk that, as it seems that it will happen next year sometime. martinez is just SOL. he is in a situation like the klitschkos. no real opponent at the weight, and given it is middleweight-historically the creme de la creme of weight classes, it is surprising. I think quillien would present a good challenge.

Martinez is overrated. I really don't see anything special about him. He's a good fighter but nothing special . The only reason people say he'd beat Pacquiao or Floyd is because of the size dispairity. If he was a welter he couldn't beat either one of them.

This too. Why is this guy thinkning about Pacquiao and Floyd. He's a damn middlweight. He should be looking to build his resume in his own weight class, or above his weight class.

Martinez hardly calls Floyd out because he knows Floyd won't fight him. That's a lost cause, he would just be wasting his time.

Now with Pac, Sergio knows that man may take him on. :yep

I dunno, Martinez can box ears off. He showed that against Dzinziruk. But I would definately like to see the Maravilla fight the WBO champ.
