Shame for Willie, some more mainstream exposure would have been nice.

 

Yeah I agree, it's an opportunity lost for Willie in my opinion.

 

Great to see channel 10 are going to be showing some boxing lets hope it rates well.

 

I'd say the fact that its primetime and not 4am will help no end in making it mainstream

My mail is that Kickett has postphoned his fight with Elomar until Wednesday 12th November in Perth on a Mundine undercard. Green and Mundine will be co-promoting the show!

So i guess Mundine isnt fighting in the US anymore?

 

I guess not. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised, would you? Still think it's an opportunity lost for Willie, though hopefully there's plenty more Channel 10 cards to come.

 

You might be right about Willie Ippy.

But personally I dont think its the worst thing for his career. 3 fights in 3 months is pretty hectic for a young bloke and I feel his last fight showed he was taking on to much at once anyway.

A few more weeks to prepare between fights is good, on a nationally televised Mundine undercard and at home no less.

Who is Choc fighting? Not Taylor I hope.
