    Hey guys,

    Here's my log.

Tomorrow is my first training day. I'm 21 years old. 1.82m and around 75-80 kg (didn't measure it for while). Sorry for these non US values. I don't know how to convert.

    EDIT: I weight 78 kg.

    First training day

Well honestly I liked it very much! The warming up was already kicking the **** out of me. We did a lot of exercises. I won't tell them to you all or else I bore you guys. Aren't all training pretty similar anyway :) My shoulder and abs still ''Hurt" in a good way. What did I like the the most ? Hard question, I like every part of the training. The sparring was good but I sucked at it. Conditioning and speed (well I think that =D ) are not really my problem but my defense sucks ass. Always keep your hands up etc. One thing I didn't understand. Normally you have to step with left foot forwarded if you are right handed and start throwing jabs with the left hand. We had to do a combination of Right-left hook- right. Hmm. Also during the sparring part I moved extremely much, they said a good boxer only needs 1*1 meter on the ground. Next week I can buy gloves. I already got a rope, the only thing I need is is a mouth piece. I should also bring some extra water next time jeez.

I want to run again today but maybe that's over training, we'll see. I developed some kind of exercise ADD.

I wish I had space left in my room for a bag and place for skipping. :( My room is too small.

    Sorry my poor English.

Okay, I ran 6 km again today. The running went fine. I'm just a little concerned about my left achilles tendon

Today I have cycled 30 km on a slow pace.

The training went well imo. The warmup was already hard for me hehe.
Not many people showed up so we did specific exercises that were suitable for beginners.
We had to train footwork, defense and stuff like that. The end of the training was the hardest part. We had punch some bags with a partner. Of course the trainer was carefully watching what went wrong and giving us advice. Also we were hitting the pads with with a partner and training for combinations. I hardly could bring my hands up at the end of this hardcore training. This is my summary.

Saturday I want to run.

    Hey

I'm not a fit guy that's why I train as hard as possible. I did some sports in the past but the last years I was living as a nerd.

Yesterday I trained again. We did a lot of exercises for technique. I did it with a more experienced fighter. I was terrible at it. I realized that it takes a while before I learned the proper technique. We had to throw punches, combinations to the opponents gloves. At the end I sparred and again I realized how terrible I was at it. They were playing with me. Of course they gave me a lot of advice and they punched not hard of course.

Today I ran 6 km but it killed me. Dammit my legs and tendons. The only thing I need right now is rest and tomorrow is another training day. I also did some pull-ups, we don't do them at training so I do them at home.

That I can run 6 km now says nothing about boxing imo. The boxing workouts kill me. The boxing training is on a whole another level is you know what I mean. Running is not magic or something, it's just one of the many aerobic exercises. Maybe I will cycle or swim instead in the future.
