    Ahh, you funny, cookie boy.

    Ming Dynasty? Loved that show.

The main characters were Brake, Klystle and Arexis Carrington IIRC.

Actually, this an interesting and educational thread.

I can only volunteer that French Canadian boxer and former HW Champ Tommy Burns (Noah Brusso) liked to think that he bore a strong resemblance to Napoleon - both being Little Emperors.

I don’t know why you’re going on about some cheap Dallas ripoff. Now THAT was a show. Ewing Oil is the kind of company that really did make America great.

You call me cookie boy? I have to address that, and my stance is pretty simple:

    C is for cookie.

    That’s good enough for me.

I’ll give you that. Dallas came FIRST and kept it REAL.

No heavy layering of Vaseline on the camera lens to soften up the appearances of the older, wrinkled cast members.

And, at some point in our lives, haven’t we all experienced the horrors of living with a drunken lush like Sue Ellen as our lesser half?

Why audiences perceived the long suffering JR as the villain in that show I’ll never know. He was clearly a victim of long term spousal abuse. D will always be for Dallas and Dysfunctional.
