    They should just give him his match and go down rankings until they found someone who will not get busted on dopings.

    Why wait 10 month after every attempt to have that match

    Ustinov's getting on a bit and hasn't had a fight in a while, so it's not out of the realms of possibility. Charr can sometimes surprise when's he's up for it. See the Duhaupas fight (an unlucky decision loss IMO).

    With that court verdict, can't they enforce him getting that shot with financial penalties for the WBA, before he dies of old age before it happens.
    It's all a big farce of course, but at least get it over with.
