The opponent DeGale was up against was bloody awful. I hate to drone on.... but you have to come up with better ways to defend him than that!

I wish they would stop importing these cab drivers and simply put the kids in with capable guys..... not the likes of Baz Carey or Ernie Smith. If these guys are supposed to be so outstanding they ought to be straight into 6x3's and fighting tough enough guys - actually learning about pro boxing by being tested.

Three months worth of sparring in the US would be better than this ****!

First FFN I've looked forward to in a while. Decent main event, good prospects on the undercard.

I'm firmly on the DeGale bandwagon. I expect he'll demolish this guy judging by his record. If he comes to KO DeGale like his other opponents DeGale will punch him into the canvas, no doubt.

I'm disappointed Rogan's fighting Sexton I'd of hoped he would fight a better standard than that. Other than that it should be a good chance to see the Olympians in action.

I know what ya mean pal i was hoping for someone like Brewster or someone of that level, i can't see this fight doing much for him especially as he's no spring chicken.

He's been sparring with Kevin Johnson for the past few weeks so we'll see if that makes any difference

    Great night for British boxing.

Great to see British fighters like Rogan getting a good push. Hopefully his next fight will be against a top class European.

Brewster or someone like that would have been good. Somebody thats fought at the top level but isn't to dangerous.

irish light middle fight will be a great scrap good shout

olympians is pretty much a given what will happen with them, depends on how they look ( no more backhanders now james)

rogan never in a bad fight, he just got a shout out in radio 5, saying how people interact with people at work, rogie txt in to say hes had a hard day, and has been slapping his co-workers about for 35 mins! the serious political dude said he couldnt plug sky but wished him good luck!

What I am saying is he was fat better than Gavin and Saunders opponents. DeGale is a coutner puncher so someone that comes to survive doesn't suit him. The guy hes fighting is 5-0 with 3 KO's, i doubt he is a bum. 3 months in the US would be better but they gotta make a living and Frank needs a return on his on his investment. You cannot expect them to fight some decent for the first 5-6 fights, these fights are more about learning how the pro game works, the dressing room, being on TV, all that stuff, they do the major stuff in training and sparring. DeGale has been sparring with Darren Barker reguarly so hes getting decent stuff. They should be boxing 6x3's but Frank doesn't like doing that for some reason.

Looking forward to this. Not a fan of degale really and watching him acting a tit again on 'Beat the Star' hasn't helped win me over. Rogan should be fighting someone better than Sexton, because if he doesn't start he'll stall his career and he's too old to be able to get away with that. He needs big fights now. Good luck to Saunders but i'm rooting big time for Funtime and Bomber they're the best prospects by far. Not really a big fan of Smith, always seems a bit mouthy to me, having not really proved anything.
