Im looking forward to this contest. Hopefully no dodgy business from the **** like he did with McCulloch. The fight should be very good good. Martinez was considered a joke before he blew Dunne away and Munroe is a good talent. I've seen Munroe a few times and if he keeps his head he could make it exciting and close. Maybe the fight has come too soon for Rendall but a chance at European glory does not often come. The rest of the card looks pretty decent and thankfully Sky are showing it. Jason Booth defends his Commenwealth Bantamweight belt against Lante Addy, I think that fight is stil in place. And. On the bill Brian Magee, Scott Belshaw and Gary Reid fight. Barrington Brown appears too as well (great name).
Looking forward to this too, I enjoyed watching Kiko Vs Dunne. Booths fighting a novice with less tan 10 fights like last time, he might as well send the commonwealth title to Napa.:deal
A very good fight and I fancy Munroe to pull off the shock . Max Booth's opponent probably has more than 10 fights , when it comes to Africans(especially outside South Africa) boxrec never tells the whole story(if 50% of it) .
ShotgunStevie, is Dunne finished do you think? Why do you say his head isn't in the game anymore? Confidence?
I really like this Munroe kid. He has definate potential but if Kiko wants to try blitzing him then Rendall is in for a tough night, hopefully he can get through te first few rounds and pick Kiko apart later on. The card looks pretty decent. I wanted to go but the dark forces were against me so I cancelled the trip. Dunne vs Machado will be good providing it happens.
Derby welterweight Scott Haywood is on the undercard against Stoke's Gary Reid. Haywood showed a lot of potential early on in his career but has blotted his copy book with a couple of sloppy displays. Hope to see him back on track tonight.
Yep. They usually show Reid's fights so hopefully we will get a glimpse of that fight too. I am so looking forward to Kiko vs Rendall.
BBC Radio Leicester have live commentary on Martinez v Munroe tonight for those who can't get Sky. http://www.bbc.co.uk/leicester/
Just took 6.60 on Munroe on Betfair. Got to favour Martinez of course, but couldn't ignore that price.
