scores far too wide (116-112, 115-113, 116-112). but a great win for truscott and a great learning fight. great to see him put in a fight like that so soon in his career.

Eight rounds to Trussy.....bit of a homer call that one, I had him home by two rounds, but a winner nevertheless.

Yep. The fight was tight. I had it by two maybe three but no where near what the judge had it.

Great experience for the lad. They dont usually come anywhwere near that tough after just 10 outings. That should stand him in good stead fot the future.

interesting addition to the domestic featherweight scene. too green for simpson or matthews right now though.

truscott - bhatia could be an interesting one...it'd certainly go 12 rounds!

I thought he was OK but you can't really judge beacause we know little about his opponent. Pleased for him though.

I am a big fan of Bhatia. Seen hm a few times on his travels and he is real class and I think he has the beating of Truscott, the fight would be great. Two very good boxers but with little KO power. The feather weight division looks pretty decent at the moment with those two and Derry, Simpson, Morris, Choi, Cocoran, Appleby, Lindsay, Wallace, Hyland and old Ramagoadi. Definetly some intersting match ups to look forward to and a few very good prospects.

Truscott has excellent skills and every time I've seen him fight he's impressed me. Thoroughly deserved win - 7-5 in rds or 7-4-1 to Trussy seems fair - and I think if he keeps on doing well he could have the beating of Jackson Asiku in what could be a brilliant matchup a year or two down the line.
