Thats similar to what I was thinking it would be a hard brawl with neither fighter being the same after. I'd probably go with Basilio decision, although it could easily go Zivic way to.
Basilio wouldn't let Zivic bully him around. He'd respond elbow for elbow and low blow for low blow. My temptation is to pick Basilio, but its easy to forget that Zivic has wins over Lamotta, Burley, and Armstrong twice. The guy could beat ultra talented greats.
This. Basilio was stronger. Zivic was more clever and more seasoned. He'd been in there with far more great fighters than Carmen.
