Carl Froch's camp has denied claims that he is set to defend his WBC super-middleweight title against Jermain Taylor in Connecticut in April. It was reported that the 31-year-old from Nottingham was set to fight on 25 April in Mashantucket. The deal was announced by Taylor's American publicist, Norman Horton, on Saturday, but Froch's promoters have since said that is untrue. Froch won the title last December by beating Canada's Jean Pascal. Since then, a fight against mandatory challenger Taylor had been on the cards. Former undisputed middleweight champion Taylor lost his title to Kelly Pavlik in February last year, but he won a unanimous decision over Jeff Lacy in November. Thats from BBC, whats going on, anyone have a clue??
first taylor was being a ***** now froch says this, COME ON FROCHY GET A GRIP MATE!he'll take it though, I'm sure of it
Taylors camp on faking that the fight is on so froch looks like a *****. Taylor is too scared to face froch because he knows he will get knocked the f%ck out.
Well that sounds more positive than negative atleast. You say this is Froch's own page? Hopefully this is just "promo" tricks to get our mouths watering even more.
