Sorry bruh . . . but the first 10 rounds shows otherwise. Froch got owned in all those rounds until Taylor . . . gave himself up. Froch beat Taylor because . . . he has more heart. :deal
How in the hell did you give Taylor 10 rounds? The mother ****er was tenative as hell in there. He wouldn't follow up on ****. Froch was clearly gaining the upperhand which concluded with a late KO. Where are ya'll gettin this bull**** about Froch being completely outboxed?
Of course not! I "KNEW" JT was winning the fight. That's not up for discussion. It seems as if you were slapped by a bag of nickels if you had Carl ahead on points going in to the 12th. Comical! For you to say "ROBBERY" had Carl not got the job done is just proof you haven't a clue about this sport. Maybe you have a clue about who Froch is....but guaging his skill set and having a realistic view of his overall ability is out of reach in your case.,
Obviously JT was cautious of Carl's power and JT must have felt he didn't hurt Carl bad enough to get wild and go for the kill.....besides that JT isn't known to be a strong finisher.
IT's not hard to grasp.....some fighters have the will and determination that are on anther level....PAC for one, early on was VERY limited in the skills department. PAC beat guys who were BY FAR ahead of him with experience, skills and over all techique. He had abnormal talent, his nautral gifts allowed him to compete and beat the best of the best. Carl...didn't quite beat the best of the best but he beat a fighter who was ahead of him in the skills dept and that is without question. It was a decent win for Carl...actually a very good one considering Jermain was his best test to date.
Robberies happen occasionally in boxing....TRUE Robberies that is. Casual fans or fanatics of one or two specific boxers seem to cry robbery at the drop of a hat. Had JT won a decision it wouldn't have been a robbery....even if Froch got a decision without the 12th rd KD it wouldn't have been a robbery. It would have just been a bad call. Winning a fight by 2 rounds isn't a lot but it is clear. Robberies are what we saw with Burton vs Agustus or Casa vs Santa Cruz. Too many folks who claim to know boxing cry robbery which is unfortunately the norm in this sport.
I don't give a **** about who Froch is. That's some gay ****. I don't talk about gay ****. I'm sayin Taylor was scared to throw punches for a reason, and that's because Froch was countering the **** outta him. Taylor can't box. That **** is a myth. The mother ****er is all athleticism, no substance.
Thank you for supporting my point with your JT is not a known to be a strong finisher comment. You really think that JT doesn't have killer instinct? The mother ****er is a true fighter and a great athlete. Why does he lose? Cuz he can't box for ****. He doesn't know how to approach a hurt target. He get confused easily and forgets basic fundamentals even regarding something that should be mundane for him, his footwork.
Basically, people on this thread believed Taylor 'lacked killer instinct' ****in BULL****. How in the **** does Taylor lack killer instinct? The mother ****er always tries to knock a mother ****er out. The only time I've seen him tenative as hell was when he faced Pavlik, who's skills are rudimentary at best. The fact is, Taylor doesn't know **** about strategy and his fundamentals have regressed considerably from the man that was in the ring with BHOP. Taylor is a guy who wins on athleticism, speed, power, and HIS KILLER INSTINCT. So all ya'll can speculate about that bull**** that Froch was more determined, but that's nothing but pure speculation and as a matter of fact it's kinda gay. I saw what I saw with my eyes and I don't need speculation.
This make absolutely NO SENSE! "skills from a stylistic standpoint"?:rofl Just b/c you have a "Style" doesn't make you skillful. Carl is just a very tough fighter...he has a lot of will and heart. With his "STYLE" he needs a chin which god blessed him with obviously. Carl didn't win by out boxing JT...he didn't win by setting traps and capitolizing on them....he beat JT by walking him down and continue to pressure JT until he landed his bomb. And it wasn't luck...it was pure determination
It's impossible to "dispute" points by you when no one has received any from your end. All you've done is babble nonsense that others are trying to help you understand.
Yes! Now lets clear this up just a bit....Carl didn't beat a Joe C, Nard or Prime Roy Jones. He beat a Jermain Taylor. Sure it was a nice win...a very good with for Carl but there have been upsets before that were far larger in magnitude than this. PAC beat MAB who at the time was P4P ranked...,.more experienced, skilled and polished than PAC...yet PAC's determination, will and natrual gifts allowed him to beat an ATG in Marco. Similar to what Carl did but no where near the level of the compared.
Not only do you have a hard time understanding what "SKILL" is when realated to boxing...you also have a lack of knowledge for the word "FACT".
