I'm not sure I understand why US tv does not want Bute-Andrade II. the first fight was pretty damn entertaining. Plus it had a very dramatic and controversial ending. Everyone boxing fan I know seems to be looking forward to the rematch.

Anyway, it looks like we'll be getting Bute-Froch instead.

    :bbb

Hopefully Bute and Andrade can't reach an agreement. Bute v Froch: Bute by 120-108 on all three cards.

Froch is an idiot, and I had that opinion long before he fought Taylor. I will dance in the streets the day Froch gets the beating he needs.

Bute-Froch & Bute-Andrade are both good fights. I'll be happy one way or another.

Fighting Froch in England would help Bute get rid of that damn myth about him being a protected fighter tho. So I'm rooting for that fight.

Then hopefully if Bute wins he'll fight Andrade next. :D

You have to love Froch. Calzaghe took 9 years to unify with Lacy. Froch is GETTING IT DONE. Big respect to both fighters - I'm sure it will be a great fight.

Funnily enough I think this fight will reveal whether Froch would have stood a chance against Calzaghe as Bute is the most similar fighter to Calzaghe in the world today I think.....

    Strong biterness.

Froch might not been the quickest or the slickest but he's getting it done so far.

Th winner of Froch Bute becomes nr.1 in the division without any contention.

And BIG credit to Bute if he faces Froch in UK. His only real chance of victory was in Canada with some dogy offiating, that chance has gone.

Yeh big credit to Bute for coming to the UK (even if its because he makes double the cash). This will be a great fight.

After this the winner can fight Andrade and Ward in what will be very competative Mandos.

Then bring on the winner of Abraham vs Pavlik, then Kessler.

From what I heard from a source. The money Bute will get for the Froch fight is very similar to what he would get for the Andrade rematch.

My guess is the reason for that is the pie will be cut in half for the Froch-Bute fight as oppose to ~75/25 in favor of Bute for the Andrade fight.

Calzaghe and Bute are not the same. Calzaghe never came close to running out of steam or getting KO'd unlike Bute. Calzaghe is also alot faster and has a higher workrate.

Bute isnt stupid, there is a likely hood he wont survive Andrade the 2nd time round, he will get paid less.

His managment think " why not get KOD by FROCH and make more"
