from after the Taylor fight. Made me laugh 'it's only boxing don't worry about it' haha
Would loved to have seen this and I'm sure everyone here would, especially now. I love Froch and wish Calzaghe was still around, however I think Calzaghe could possibly still come back with a years training and beat him, not that I think he will

He only ever wanted the biggest and best names and he's proved himself in a big way that he did deserve to share a ring with Calzaghe.

Calzaghe 120-107 all day every day, I can see Froch being deducted a point for a low blow or some other move out of frustration.

:rofl Calzaghe's fights with both Kessler & Bika were both relatively close. Froch is in the same if not a higher league than Bika and is very close to Kessler. Saying Calzaghe would win every round is ridiculous. I'd take Calzaghe, but the fight would be quite close.

YOU PEOPLE HUG CALZAGHE WAY TOO MUCH. he would beat froch no doubt, but he is very hittable. for someone who's never fought a prime A-level fighter, calzaghe gets hit quite often. froch could win about 3 or four rounds, and at a peak performance, may make the fight even closer.

Kessler and Calzaghe was not relatively close. It was a decisive victory for Calzaghe. And so was the Bika fight. And these two guys were much younger back then.

Froch had a REALLY close fight with older Kessler that didn't have eyes.

I'm pretty sure Froch-Calzaghe wouldn't have been close at all.

And in Calzaghe-Bika, Calzaghe was in command in the rounds that he won. If you checked out the Ward fight, all the rounds were very close, even though I gave Ward the fight 8-4.

Does anyone realize that Taylor had just made Froch look like an amature for 10 rounds before he predictably gassed and was seconds away from a dominating win over Froch??? JC embarrasses him.......

Calzaghe had all the tools to win every second of every round against Froch but didn't have the bottle to step up. Pretty much the story of Joe's career.

That's what they said about him and Lacy. That's what they said about him and Kessler. That's what they said about him and Hopkins, heck even against super old RJJ for some reason.

And remember that this old Kessler that we have now has got vision problems, which are even worse for distance timing boxers like Kessler. And he still outslugged Froch years after Calzaghe decisively beat him.
