Is there any boxer or trainer out there yet that have approved of Chisora's actions? I haven't seen it, yet.

Nah - I'm not justifying Chisora's actions, I'm just saying that Haye has to shoulder his part of the responsibility for things kicking off and for keeping things going - after all he threw the first punch and launched that viscious tripod attack on Booth. He could have just left the room.
