Pulling a Floyd... At least Froch won't let his insecurities prevent him from manning up and taking on the challenge of fighting Ward. All Froch is doing is trying to get a mental edge over Ward b/c he's concerned about the outcome. which I have no problems with.... but it's painfully obvious that Floyd started a trend amoung boxers with self doubt.

Fair nothing wrong with better testing in boxing as long as he's willing to do the same.

It's not fair if Ward is afraid of needles.

"Brotha"...you're a simple minded disgusting kind of ****** but I digress. I 100% support Froch asking for additional testing, what's the problem, who wouldn't support it? Unless contractually not possible, then I think it's absolutely OK.

Sure, I'd encourage it but it's not like would stop the excuses of how Conte is giving him some magic potion that can remove all traces of drugs in his system from the time the doping agents arrive to the time they collect blood urine samples.

Or...he may actually want to ensure that going into a fight of this magnitude that all is on the up and up. He apparantly isn't cheating and would prefer to know his opponent isn't either, not sure how that idea gets lost on some of you.

Could be but if that were the case Froch would have started the demands for extra drug testing long before Ward. He would have done it for any of the other opponents he faced as they were ALL big fights.

Unfortunately these tests won't prove or disprove a fighter is clean or dirty. It's merely a deterrent for those who don't have the resources to cheat a drug test. He could have true concerns but his timing like Floyd's is highly suspect.

Froch should take the Floyd Mayweather nonsense out of the tournament.

Is Froch willing to take them as well? It is not fair for one boxer to ask the other do do something like PED testing or a fine for going over the agreed weight, without subjecting them self to the same rules.

Totally fair. Froch has every right to ask for testing.
