Lame ass noob question, but HTF do you embed video. I copied embed html from youtube and put it in between YT tags but no joy. Someone help out a dumbass pls. Never mind. I sussed it....doh.
I think JT wrote the script for how to beat Froch. Outbox him for 12 rounds and then clinch like a mofo for the last 15 seconds. It's a shame JT forgot about that last bit. Seriously, if Dirrel can simply outpoint Froch for the first 9 rounds and then clinch/spoil for the last 3 I think he will cruise home. I don't doubt for a second that Dirrel will begin the fight winning each round on points. The question is will Froch be able to grind him down?
Hey ... so Froch has more experience by beating a bunch of nobodies ... a mentally damaged Jermain Taylor and a NOT focused Jean Pascal ... hell no ... He's in the same boat as Dirrell and given Dirrell's amateur experience, I think he's more traveled than Froch. Yeah Dirrell is still a prospect, but he has international experience, and is an accomplished amateur _ that will be the difference when they fight. Dirrell's ability to defend himself properly, his ability to keep his hands up and move his head and shoulders, his ability to throw straight punches will show the difference in skill. Experience only helps you survive or be smarter in tough situations_ but when it comes to winning the fight, skills play a big factor. Dirrell is also faster and maybe stronger ... he's just as tall and long than Froch ... and has more athleticism than Froch. Physically all across the board Dirrell has the advantage ... and because he went 24 rounds with world class fighters (who fought his fight) gives him the advantage give me a break. He still is technically flawed ... and he's very disturbing to watch ...
Interesting....and what excuses have you got lined up for Dirrell when Froch beats his ass back to Big Bear :good
Yeah, I don't get that one. Findley was about as easy a fight for Andre as any. My prediction: I think Dirrell still takes this one on points. The biggest X-factor in my book that would lead to a Froch win is that Dirrell hasn't been battle tested yet, so it boils down to whether he sinks or swims once Froch takes him into deep waters. At some point, that's going to happen. Right now, I think Dirrell will stand up to the test. Whether he actually will or not is what makes this fight so damned interesting. :good
If he wins he wins ... someone has to win ... and if Dirrell doesn't then that only leave Froch ... but I doubt Froch being able to handle speed, agility, and accurracy. Froch has never fought a fighter who was close to Dirrell ... Taylor was good but he didn't have the heart to get out of dodge in 40 secs ... Dirrell is going to have his way and do whatever he wants to do ... he will control the fight ... and i'm sure that Froch's corner will throw in the towell ... Ala Ricky Hatton !! What are you going to say when Froch gets stopped?
Findlay was filling in for another fighter ... I forget who it was ... do you guys know? why decline to fight a fillin on national tv? DAVID BANKS
This is what pisses me off about ESB!! Stupid posts where the author hasn't even watched the ****ing fight!!! TAYLOR DIDN'T ****ING WIN 12 FULL ROUNDS WHY CAN'T PEOPLE HERE UNDERSTAND THAT!?!?! Must is be spelt out This content is protected !?!?!?! http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=161361&highlight=press
oh i'm so sorry for mixing up two fighters, it was actually hanshaw who he was dropped by twice. but am i to be made to feel like such an obvious **** for accidentally confusing two boxers who have both fought dirrell. and besides by pointing out my minor mistake in such a ****ing pedantic manner you are missing the point. namely that dirrell got dropped twice by a low level fighter. and in doing so you sir make yourself look like a massive knobhead. so spin on it mofo, whilst i await your failure to respond when froch well and truly rapes dirrell.
Still, you have to take his performance seriously. If that were the case, you'd never get any up-and-comers beating established names.
Trinidad - DLH anyone? Seriously, I can see Dirrell getting victimised by the judges in Nottingham; the way they scored the Pascal fight was really shambolic.
