    Groves bangs Dirrell out.

Reading these responses, I'm real interested in seeing what the betting odds will be going into the fight.
Sounds like Dirrell will be the underdog and a good bet to make some coin. That's assuming the fight isn't in England where the odds are with the house.

Based on the last two fights its clear that Groves would most likely get TKO/KO against Froch and I like the kid, but Froch would have to deteriorate quite badly to lose.

Agreed about the first fight. The second fight Froch was pushing forward more and forcing Groves to fight off the back foot and caught him with a great shot. Nothing to do with being overconfident if anything he was more cautious in the second fight.

Your point about why Groves didn't win is interesting because your right he is a better boxer ie.. more skills, faster hands and good power. What he doesn't have is Froch experience fighting better opposition which is massive. He doesn't have Froch's engine (Groves fades). Froch can bang and he has won fights before where he has been losing on the cards and got a KO.

Not a Froch fan but have to give credit where its due.

How do you figure Froch is a sure thing to beat Groves in a third fight?

In the first fight, I think we all agree, Groves was winning up until the false stoppage and the second fight was pretty equal until he got caught with ONE PUNCH, its not like Froch was cleaning up on him.

I think you meant me with this post.

At no point did I state sure thing, its boxing so one punch can win a fight at any moment.

The reason I think Froch wins is because Groves got in Froch's head for the first fight and IMO Froch fought a different fight based on that. Froch in the second fight was a lot more calm and Groves did his usual thing of starting fast and won the first 2 maybe 3 rounds, but then I think Froch was starting to take over. It wasn't decisive possibly Groves would have come back into it but I don't think so IMO.

In a 3rd fight I think it goes the same way as the second.

Well it should turn out to be a good scrap.

With Andre whispering in his brother's ear about English officiating, I'm sure Dirrell will be coming in for the Knock out.
He managed to buzz Bika several times in their fight. Shots that will buzz Bika will KO Glass Jawed Groves.

People think ANTHONY beats GROVES? I mean I could see Andre if he is back on top form. but Groves is all wrong for Anthony.
