Dirrell clearly outpointed Froch in that fight. He will find it harder against DeGale though. DeGale is really good.

I never said they weren't neutral judges. But I've seen that fight twice now. I started my own thread on it last month. Carl was basically given the decision on effort.

All of the clean boxing was done by Dirrell. Again, there were uneventful rounds, but they still should have gone to Dirrell, because he was making Carl miss and then countering him with crisp shots. You need to watch the fight again, if you haven't seen it since 2009, and you want an in depth discussion. I watched the first 6 rounds, literally just shaking my head. Carl did NOTHING! It got a bit scra*py towards the end, and you could have given Carl three rounds if you were being generous.

I've read your examples, and I understand where you're coming from. But again, Dirrell made him lunge in and miss wildly, whilst landing great shots, and then jumping out of range. And that kept on happening throughout the fight. You could say the fight was boring, and uneventful, but if you were scoring on actual boxing, there was only one winner. The crowd influenced the judges in my opinion. Whether Carl landed or missed wildly, they went absolutely crazy. Seriously, watch the fight. If I'd have been a huge fan of Carl's, I'd have been embarrassed at the result. You could just quickly watch the first 5-6 rounds, then the others later. There's no poster on this forum who could possibly have given Carl any of the first 5-6 rounds, upon a second viewing.

It'll only take you 18 mins, to prove a point. You could even just watch 1 round per day, then keep note of your score, before giving me the total. Also, if you actually watch it again because you're specifically trying to prove a point, then I can assure you that it's not boring.

Again, I defy anyone to give Carl anything from the first half.

Dirrell ran like a baby girl in there - honestly i was ashamed to be an american that night.

It was almost as bad as that disgrace Canelo vs. Lara fight.
