Looking at Golovkin's resume you wouldn't think he was a top 10 P4P fighter. In that regard Froch is right. Golovkin still has a lot to prove, he hasn't had the opportunities to really prove himself, but the next year for Golovkin will define his career. He'll either prove all the hype was in fact warranted or that he was never the fighter he was built up to be.

Froch is my boy and he is 150% right on this one.

Little G can't possibly even be in the top 10 with the opposition he's faced so far.
As I recall, during the Super6 they even attempted to place Bute in the top 10 P4P list based on the weak opposition he had faced. Now, they are attempting to do the exact same thing with Little G.

 

It's really a frivolous debate, if you can make a logical argument why any of the guys I named shouldn't be listed ahead P4P by all means go ahead.

OK bro whatever you say, GGG has one of the weakest resumes out of his contemporaries. You can argue ducking or whatever excuse you like but it is what it is.

Factually every fighter I named is dominating their division for the most part vs better comp. When GGG steps up his comp I'll argue him as P4P
