to be fair the brit broadcasters had him 1 round down going into the tenth, which they then said he won, then they said he won the eleventh and then they said he lost the twelth. which would have made it a draw, and yet that ****** mckenzie had kessler 1 up.

personally i had froch winner by 1 point. and it was a close fight and i can see how someone could score it by a maximum of two points for either fighter. but the margin on those scorecards was appalling. and i think it's fair to say ther crowd did influence the judging (at least in part).

115-113 Kessler, Froch didn't even look as though he had won after the bout.

I think he knew, he was outboxed slightly, outbrawled and outmaneuvered. Kessler fought with higher intensity, put on great spurts of all blood action and dominated the center of the ring.

I had it even or maybe Kessler by 1 round...I'm unbiased, not a big fan of either fighter..Not a chance Froch won it by 2 rounds though:huh

I heard an interview on BBC. Apparantly, someone (I think it was Steve Bunce) had talked to Froch's trainer Robert McCracken this morning. His trainer did NOT think Froch was cheated of a victory.

Rather, they were dissapointed with Froch's performance during the fight, and his inability to pull the trigger.

This fight was as close to a draw as one could hope to see. Kessler fought on the front foot in his home town, so he got the win. The first four rounds could have gone either way.

If you read my other posts I give Carl all the props in the world, but I can't understand how he's outraged by losing a close one in Denmark. He asked for a war and he got a war, and it was very close but I still can't find a way to give him the fight to be honest.

I think a rematch down the line will be interesting, if Carl prevails at home turf against Arthur.

Froch will be kicking himself when he rewatches that fight. He just flat out gave it away. Kessler was gassed in the championship rounds, pushing his punches and couldn't get out of the way of himself.

Froch put up his worst effort in his career last night.
