    Kessler clear win IMHO.

However, Froch made a good account of himself.

had it for Froch Kessler's shot's weren't really landing flush or doing any damage.

It would have been different if his volume was significantly higher than Froch's but it wasn't.

It was. If you watch closely, Kessler isn't always landing, where as Dirrell was the only person landing in certain rounds of their fight. Froch actually didn't win some of the rounds he won because he was more effective, he won them by rabbit punching in the clinches, thus breaking up Dirrell's rhythm momentarily. That was a measure of how hard Froch was finding it to compete.

I think I gave Froch 3 rounds out of sympathy, as I felt it was a forgone conclusion he'd lose, so why not give him the benefit of the doubt in those debatable rounds/swing rounds.

Froch lost that fight clearly, and if it was closer, its because people were rewarding him for direction of motion, AND, because Dirrell had a point taken.

I think that's part of the problem for both Froch and his fans.
Being gifted the Dirrell fight for anything he did or thought he did, made him and his fans think this should go on forever. Delusion was shattered, but not for everyone...

This is Froch. A giant D-Bag.

He made more excuses for the Dirrell fight then Dirrell did. He's the ultimate sore loser.

Nah, he isn't the worst at that. He always kind of takes two steps forward then one step back when it comes to winning respect.

He'll put in a good fight, put his heart right into it, and win people over. Then he will open his mouth and *****, and lose them again.

While he continues to fight the best available, and to fight as hard as he can, then I will tend towards liking him.

I still view his statement that he would have gotten the decision in the UK, as more of a slip on how rotten scoring is for the home guy, than about who really won. I had K by a 2-3 rounds.

And if they have a remtch, and IF Kessler was fighting with a serious eye problem, and IF it is completely healed, it might be Froch who could have a rude awakeing.

But some ifs there. For whatever reasons, we may have seen the best of K already. ANd given Froch's statement about winning it if were held in the UK, any rematch should again be on neutral turf.

The next time a fighter admits to thinking he lost a close fight will be the first.

Can't wait for Froch/Johnson. This will infinitely more entertaining that the final with Ward.
