I notice something in the Froch/Abraham fight that might be important. Froch used to nearly always throw jabs off the front foot. If you throw a jab that way, there is no power on it, and you end up with your chin hanging out over your lead foot. Last time out Carl hardly did that at all. He pushed off the back foot, stepped into it, and got good weight transfer most of the time. Against Johnson he needs to do that all the time, not just most of the time, because if you leave your chin out over your front foot against Johnson, Glen will tear your ass up.

Honestly, people here are spicing up this clash to something it's not. Don't be surprised when Froch makes it look easy.
I'm very surprised their still people who still doesn't beleive in Froch. Froch is still the most underrated boxer today and he's going to make Johnson look bad, he's all wrong for him. Cause Froch can boxe from the outside, which is not a good news for Johnson...
i just think froch can box glen,he has those long arms, and stiff jabs and right hands, also failing that, and if he got dragged into glens game,he can fight on the inside,he has a solid chin, with power in both hands, strong rights and big uppercuts, can bang to the old mans body with hooks too. i like glen johnson, but if froch is smart/determined enough,i think he pulls out the win.
i think froch's left uppercut will land as glen comes in. its froch's favo0urite punch and its very accurate with clubbing hurtful power on it too. i think that left uppercut will be important as its an unorthadox punch that is hard to block or avoid due to that unorthodoxy.
