Not many will 'discuss' because many were Froch haters who said he'd duck a rematch (they obviously based that assumption on Froch's long and storied history of ducking people )
Froch was seeming desperate to fight anyone else with the tripe he was spouting. Old fast car, the IBF and the general public however had other ideas and backed him into a corner. Fair play to him for doing the right thing in the end. Let the best man win.
Froch never said once he wouldn't give Groves a rematch and has always claimed he was open to it. As this proves he was telling the truth.
if it is made - like I said, waiting for fightnews to call it they aren't rumor-mongers froch definitely did balk at this rematch though
These Yanks just can't take it that Froch will fight anyone, anywhere. While America's pride and joy Andre Ward is scared to leave Oakland with his own personal referee and judges. One of them even reckons there are 100 better active boxers than Froch :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl He's been an absolutely tremendous ambassador for the sport of boxing with his fan friendly style and courage of a champion willing to defend his titles whenever, wherever he has to. All hail Carl Froch the King of England. :happy:happy:happy

Crappy fight for Froch's legacy. Grovs has little reputation and unknown outside of the UK. I guess the payday is handsome for Froch so that made it an easy choice for him.
Whatever you say buddy, numerous times afterwards he tried to discredit Groves and avoid the rematch. But if living in an alternate reality makes you happy I guess go for it (but don't post about it here please).
