Froch-Groves Press Conference Today At 12

George is definitely coming across better in my opinion. Froch's brother is doing him no favours at all.

I think Froch needs to employ a silence policy and just wait for the fight, unfortunately his ego is bigger than Big Ben and he can't stand someone telling it like it is. Groves is doing a great job of winding Froch up without doing very much. There are boxers that are masters of trash talk, and Groves isn't one of them. Froch's ego will be his downfall unless he can control it.

it seems to me that Groves is doing what he is meant to, talking it up and getting under Carl's skin a bit. On the other hand Carl is being very controlled but you can see its getting to him, saying the right thing is coming across fake, you can see him getting agitated underneath. he is the one more likely to have some kind of outburst. its pretty meaningless to a degree but George seems to be winning the mind games.

 

probably because Lee Froch mouthed "tosser" or something to that effect and they dont want to air that?

Have you ever heard them apologise for cornermen cursing, even when its PPV, and about 12 at night.
